Student Vote

Student Vote occurs every two years in Lincoln Public Schools and provides students in grades 4-12 the opportunity to participate in a mock election.  Student Vote emphasizes the importance of casting your ballot to have a voice when you reach voting age and increases student interest in issues that are important to their community.  Students who participate in these types of civic experiences are more likely to be active and informed citizens in adulthood.  Student Vote will occur on October 29th, 2020.  You can review the sample ballot for grades 4-8 and grades 9-12.  Results of the mock election will be available on the LPS website.
